The UET ECAT Test 2024 has been Announced by the University of Engineering and Technology Lahore.

One of the most important tests for students hoping to study engineering in Pakistan is the UET ECAT. The admission exam for UET Lahore this year will be computer-based. Students will also get the chance to take the practice exam on March 8 and 9 to get ready.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • No limitations on taking the ECAT exam.
  • The ability to apply for admission to Punjab’s engineering and engineering technology colleges is not guaranteed by participation in the Entry Test.
  • Eligibility requirements based on UET and Pakistan Engineering Council guidelines.
  • The following criteria are approved for admission to UET’s undergraduate programs:
    • Intermediate Pre-Engineering or a comparable international credential
    • Intermediate in math and physics with a third subject of computer science or statistics, or a comparable international credential
    • Intermediate Pre-Medical or a comparable international degree
    • DAE, B.Sc. in Engineering Technology, or a Comparable Exam

Registration Process:

  • Using the token serial number and token number, complete the Entry Test application online at admission.uet.edu.pk, or click the application link below.
  • There are four combinations available for the Intermediate level test:
  • (a) English, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry; (b) English, Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science; (c) English, Mathematics, Physics, and Statistics; and (d) English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
  • Candidates for DAE/B. Tech programs have the choice of choosing Chemistry or Computer Science.
  • Upload a current passport-sized color photo (JPG, PNG, maximum file size of 1.0 MB) with a light backdrop.
  • Once the Admit Card is printed, the selected photo cannot be altered.
  • During the application process, choose a Test Center and a Session Time Slot; consider convenience.
  • The admit card is generated automatically; the data entry and generating deadline is February 29, 2024.
  • Up to the day of the test, admit card reprints are permitted.
